People are awesome.

Yesterday, i got too carried away with erm...something (can't really remember what), so i tripped and almost fell on the floor. It caused me my pretty sandals instead of a broken toe D: The strap of my sandals came off and i couldn't walk on it anymore. I got so desperate, i didn't know what to do so i resorted to the very extreme measure; walk barefoot.

And so i walked barefooted from City Hall station to Raffles City! Omg, i am so awesome.

Me: "Omg, this is so embarrassing!"
Justine: Takes off shoes.
Me: "Why? your shoes hurting you?"
Justine: "Nope. Just thought you needed company."

Justine FTW! I think she's probably one of my friends who wouldn't mind doing crazy things in public. Oh yeah! I might moving to another blog host. Porbably back to Lj. I've created a new account and i'm still updating my profile and stylesheets. Will get it done asap and i'll post the new link someday soon!

Happy Easter Weekend!

Haven't been updating. Been busy these days cos of extra lessons and omg homework! I'm so sick of homework already but god, like i have any other choice!! Sometimes, Math lessons with Mr Melvin Lim can be demoralising. Especially when he goes super duper fast. C'mon man, i'm not as smart as the TWO PEOPLE WHO SITS IN FRONT AND BEHIND OF ME!!!!

This is what i face for every common test and mock exam;

So we went for Earth hour two days ago and it was great. I love their performances but we didn't manage to catch a glimpse of the candlelight picnics. Honestly speaking, turning off the lights for an hour in Singapore made no difference if it was on or not because the place was relatively bright. I don't think people came to raise awareness, but maybe, for the live band. They were good!

That was half-time with the band. I got soooo excited when they sang the Discovery Channel theme song! "Boom-de-yada", which i knew the lyrics by hard and i was the only one singing along with band.

Yeap, that's pretty much it. Life's been boring these days. But there are common tests to look forward to (ironic much?) cos there won't be any lessons with any teachers. Oh, that reminds me, i'm trying to run away from Miss Peh cos i owe her homework. But i guess she would have already found out, and i'm not ready to write 100 lines of "I love your lessons :)"!

Was supposed to head down to Vivo for shopping but Varshini bailed on me :( Change of plans, i'll be heading down to borders later and yay to paperchase! :D Loooove paperchase, for some reasons i can't explain. Farah said that they have this giganormous paperchase outlet at Waterloo. Makes me wanna fly over to find out!!! Anyway, i just checked SouthBank and i saw this guy who really, really, really, R-E-A-L-L-Y looked like Leslie! Bahaha, Cindy you should check it out!

I never thought that persuading my mom to approve my college application was harder than ever! Every decisions made is important and i really don't wanna screw up. I don't want to think that whatever decisions i've made would be a huge mistake and i'd regret them. Although going to college is expensive, i still think it's a good way to go (in sooo many ways). Plus, there's an economic crisis going on so currencies are spiraling down, right? But then again, it's the sum that my mom needs to fork out. Weighing out the pros and cons of staying and leaving is 50-50, so i really don't know what to think now.

That aside, i won't be going for service tomorrow (haha) cos of Earth Hour!!! Won't miss a thing on this special event! There'll be candle lights and i loooove candle lights! :D Reminds me of Sydney, like heck, duh!

Checked out Bellerbys and saw so many achievements especially from the Chinese students. Aye, can never be as hardworking and smart as them. Then as i scrolled down, i saw a few names and they were tagged with "INDONESIA" and i felt this sudden gush of pride within me. Haha, totally irrelevant and ridiculous.

I seriously don't get smart people. I mean, how do they even get so....smart?

Chinese oral was okay. I tried to crap about everything but i couldn't cos i didn't know the chinese words to my sentences. Haha, i totally screwed up my conversation. Fingers crossed, i hope i pass! So i was running late for school this morning and i took a cab down and found a phone on the passenger seat! But, as anyone wouldn't have expected, i actually called the owner and decided to meet her later during the day. Showed around my "new" phone to my friends in class and Varshini and Raymond invaded her privacy! We found pictures and messages of....uh-oh...nevermind. We found out later that she is an English teacher from River Valley High.

I hope she doesn't call the school to say something about today. Don't wanna have another scene of Mdm Neo bragging about how Newtowners can do good things to the society.

Anyway, i figured out that one day of usher training could be good to ward off flyers simply by erm...redistributing them out....

Me: -.- *walks ten steps away from boy* HI! *pushes flyers into Yiling's hands* Check out our sotong ball promotion at the food fest, hall 6! YA DON'T WANNA MISS IT :DD
Yiling: *stares at flyer* EH! I don't want it, take it back!!

Lynn and the girls in my class call me by Carolynn just to remind me of Mr Chan. I used to find it annoying but i'm okay with it now. Can't really blame someone for mispronouncing my name, right?

See, in life, there are always things that are far more important than anything science-related. I hope my science teacher would ultimately see this too.
